中医药治疗老年湿疹研究概况

Research Overview of TCM in the Treatment of Senile Eczema

老年湿疹多以慢性皮炎为主要表现,中医药治疗老年湿疹主要包括:中医内治法、中医外治法、中医内外合治法、中药提取物及中成药治疗等。目前存在的问题:治疗老年湿疹尚无特效疗法,西医一般采用抗组胺药、钙剂、激素、抗生素或物理治疗等,复发率较高,存在药物不良反应,不适合长期反复使用;中医药治疗老年湿疹以临床研究、经验总结为主,缺乏大样本、多中心的高质量研究,且对机制的研究仍停留在抗感染作用层面,缺乏高等级循证医学证据,长期应用可能发生不良反应。今后,应开展更高质量、更深层次的研究,同时深入挖掘分子机制方面成果,为临床提供新的治疗手段及充足的理论依据。

Senile eczema is mainly manifested by chronic dermatitis.The treatments of senile eczema with TCM mainly include:TCM internal treatments,TCM external treatments,TCM internal and external treatments,Chinese medicinal extract,and Chinese patent medicine treatment,etc.At present,the existing problems are as follows:There is no specific treatment for senile eczema.Western medicine generally adopts antihistamines,calcium,hormones,antibiotics or physical therapy,with high recurrence rate and toxic and side effects,which is not suitable for long-term repeated use.The treatment of senile eczema with TCM is mainly based on clinical research and experience summary,lacks of large sample and multi-center high-quality research,and the research on the mechanism still stays at the level of anti-inflammatory effect,lacks of high-level evidence-based medical evidence,and adverse reactions may occur in long-term application.In the future,it is necessary to carry out higher quality and deeper research,and deeply explore the achievements of molecular mechanism,so as to provide new treatment methods and sufficient theoretical basis for clinical practice.
