摘要 目的 评估沃文特F280全自动粪便分析仪检测粪便标本的临床应用价值。方法 收集2020年3—5月本院2 364份粪便样本,分别用手工法与F280全自动粪便分析仪进行检测,以手工镜检为金标准,通过灵敏度、特异度、符合率及方法间一致性指标评估F280的临床应用价值。结果 F280全自动粪便分析仪检测的理学性状、红细胞(RBC)、白细胞(WBC)、脂肪球、酵母样真菌、虫卵和隐血(OB)的灵敏度分别为83.97%、95.51%、97.53%、97.92%、92.59%、88.89%和98.92%;特异度分别为99.5%、99.61%、99.87%、99.55%、99.61%、98.89%和99.77%;符合率分别为98.5%、99.32%、99.28%、99.45%、99.53%、98.6%和99.7%;Kappa值分别为0.871、0.910、0.899、0.953、0.817、0.322、0.980;P值分别为0.029、0.077、0.052、0.092、0.065、0.000、0.453。结论 F280全自动粪便分析仪结果可靠,可有效提高检验工作效率,降低生物安全风险,具有较高的临床应用价值。 Objective To evaluate the clinical application value of orienter F280 automatic fecal analyzer in detecting fecal samples.Methods 2 364 fecal samples were collected from March 2020 to May 2020 in our hospital,and the samples were detected by manual microscopy and F280 automatic stool analyzer respectively.The clinical application value of F280 was evaluated by sensitivity,specificity,coincidence rate and consistency between the two methods.Results The sensitivities of F280 automatic fecal analyzer for physical and chemical properties,red blood cell(RBC),white blood cell(WBC),fat globule,yeast like fungi,eggs and occult blood were 83.97%,95.51%,97.53%,97.92%,92.59%,88.89%and 98.92%,respectively;the specificities were 99.5%,99.61%,99.87%,99.55%,99.61%,98.89% and 99.77%,respectively;the coincidence rates were 98.5%,99.32%,99.28%,99.45%,99.53%,98.6% and 99.7%,respectively;Kappa values were 0.871,0.910,0.899,0.953,0.817,0.322 and0.980,respectively;P values were 0.029,0.077,0.052,0.092,0.065,0.000 and 0.453,respectively.Conclusion The results of F280 automatic fecal analyzer are reliable,which can effectively improve the efficiency of inspection,reduce the risk of biosafety,and have high clinical application value.
