东莞市失能老人养老现状与对策研究

Research on the current situation and countermeasures of pension for disabled elderly in Dongguan city

目的 了解东莞市失能老人养老现状、存在问题,提出解决对策。方法 通过问卷调查、深入访谈以及实地调查的方式,研究本市失能老人养老现状。结果 东莞市失能老人以居家养老为主,社区养老和机构养老为辅。失能老人居家养老存在一系列问题难以解决。东莞市大部分养老机构在医疗护理方面存在不足。结论 东莞市在失能老人养老方面存在较大的进步空间,在医养结合方面需要进一步加强。建议政府建立老年健康服务体系,完善养老公共设施配套,改善失能老人养老现状,维护失能老人的权益。

Objective To research the status and existing problems of pension for disabled elderly in Dongguan city,and to propose solutions.Methods On the basis of consulting a large number of literature,this paper studied the current situation of disabled elderly people by means of questionnaire survey,in-depth interview and field investigation.Results Disabled elderly people in Dongguan city mainly provide for the aged at home,and community and institutional care for the elderly as a supplement.It is difficult to solve a series of problems in home care for disabled elderly people.Most pension institutions in Dongguan city were deficient in medical care.Conclusion In Dongguan city,there is a large room for improvement in pension for disabled elderly people,and the combination of medical and nursing care needs to be further strengthened.It is suggested that the government establish health service system for the elderly,improve the supporting facilities for the elderly,and improve the current situation of the disabled elderly to safeguard the rights and interests of the disabled elderly.
