摘要
γ突触核蛋白(synuclein-γ,SNCG)是一类天然小分子的可溶性神经蛋白,与SNCA、SNCB共同组成神经突触核蛋白家族。既往SNCA在神经退行性疾病中被广泛研究,近年来,越来越多研究表明SNCG参与了多种消化系统肿瘤如食管癌、胃癌、肝癌、结直肠癌的发生发展过程,并与肿瘤的部分临床病理参数相关。因此SNCG有望成为新的消化系统肿瘤标志物用于癌症的筛查、早期诊断,以及作为预测患者预后的独立因素。
The synuclein family is a natural,small,soluble proteins composed of synuclein-α,synuclein-βand synuclein-γ(SNCG).In the past,SNCA has been widely studied in neurodegenerative diseases.In recent years,more and more studies have shown that SNCG is involved in the occurrence and development of various digestive system tumors such as esophageal cancer,gastric cancer,liver cancer,and colorectal cancer.Some clinicopathological parameters of tumors are also related.Therefore,SNCG is expected to become a new tumor marker of the digestive system for cancer screening,early diagnosis,and as an independent factor to predict the prognosis of patients.surgery.
