口服盐酸普萘洛尔片治疗婴幼儿血管瘤的护理体会

Nursing Experience of Oral Propranolol Treatment of Hemangioma in Infants

目的:研究与分析盐酸普萘洛尔片对于治疗婴幼儿血管瘤的临床效果以及护理体会。方法:选择2018年12月-2020年12月在新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院皮肤科住院的102例婴幼儿血管瘤患儿为研究对象,所有血管瘤患儿均口服普萘洛尔治疗,并接受综合护理干预,用药后观察治疗效果和不良反应。结果:本研究所选患儿用药后瘤体面积不同程度地缩小,治疗有效率为98.5%,不良反应发生率为17.6%。结论:综合护理干预是应用普萘洛尔治疗婴幼儿血管瘤取得良好治疗效果的关键,值得推广使用。

Objective:To study and analyze the clinical effect and nursing experience of propranolol hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of infantile hemangioma.Methods:102 cases of infantile hemangioma hospitalized in the Department of Dermatology,people’s Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from December 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.All children with hemangioma were treated with propranolol orally and received comprehensive nursing intervention.The treatment effect and adverse reactions were observed after medication.Results:The effective rate was 98.5%,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 17.6%.Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention is the key to the application of propranolol in the treatment of infantile hemangioma,which is worthy of promotion.
