摘要
生物化学是医学相关专业的必修课。在讲授生物化学第三章“酶”的内容时,为便于学生将理论知识与临床实际相结合,课程组采用了TBL(Team-based Learning)案例教学法开展授课。TBL教学法通过团队协作的方式开展小组与集体讨论,适合学生多教师少,且无法做到小班案例教学的情况。课程组分析了“酶”的教学内容,编写了TBL案例教学的场景和问题。教师在教学中按照逻辑关系层层深入地给出问题,小组层层递进地讨论,教师加以分析,启发学生的独立思维和探索精神。通过组内、组间和教师评分给出评价,对效果开展问卷调查,最后总结整个过程,获得教学经验,为今后的案例教学改革和提高课堂教学效果提供了借鉴。
Biochemistry is a compulsory course for medical-related majors.When we teached chapter 3,“Enzymes,”in a biochemistry class,we used TBL(Team-Based Learning)case teaching method to carry out the teaching.The objective is to facilitate students to combine theoretical knowledge with clinical practice.The method used teamwork to conduct group and collective discussions.It's very suitable for more students and less teachers and can't do small class case teaching situation.We analyzed the teaching content of“enzyme”and compiled the scenes and problems of TBL case teaching.In teaching,teachers showed questions in depth according to the logical relationship layer by layer.The group developed the discussion step by step.Teachers inspired students with independent thinking and a spirit of exploration.Evaluation was given by intra-group,inter-group and teacher ratings.Questionnaire survey was conducted on the effect.Finally,summarize the whole process and gain teaching experience.This provides a reference for the reform of case teaching and the improvement of classroom teaching effect.
