疫情背景下高校线上学习的调查与思考

Investigation and Reflection on Online Learning in Colleges and Universities under the Background of Epidemic Situation

目的:调查疫情期间石河子大学医学院学生的线上学习情况,了解目前高校线上学习现况,从中得出思考、给出建议,为高校教育教学改革提供一定的参考和依据。方法:针对疫情期间的线上学习,从“学生的基本信息、在线学习的一般情况、对教师在线教学的满意度、对线上学习优势的认同程度及线上学习存在的问题”五个方面对石河子大学医学院本科学生进行问卷调查。结果:85%以上的学生认为线上平台技术基本满足师生要求,线上教学资源与教学形式扩展了教学载体,师生在线“教”“学”能力基本形成。但也有至少40%学生的线上自主学习能力有待提升,50%以上的学生认为教师线上教学素养有待提升,60%以上的学生认为线上学习环境与管理评价体系有待进一步完善。结论:改革目前线上教学存在的问题、巩固现有成果有利于推动高校教育教学改革,逐步实现“线上+线下”混合教学模式实施。

Objective:To investigate the online learning situation of the students in the Medical College of Shihezi University during the epidemic,to understand the current situation of online learning in colleges and universities,and to draw thoughts and give suggestions,so as to provide some reference and basis for the reform of education and teaching in colleges and universities.Methods:In view of online learning during the epidemic,a questionnaire survey was conducted among undergraduate students in the Medical College of Shihezi University from five aspects:students'basic information,general situation of online learning,satisfaction with teachers'online teaching,recognition of online learning advantages and problems in online learning.Results:More than 85%of the students believe that online platform technology basically meets the requirements of teachers and students,online teaching resources and teaching forms expand the teaching carrier,and teachers and students'online“teaching”and"learning"ability is basically formed.However,at least 40%of the students'online autonomous learning ability needs to be improved,more than 50%of the students think that teachers'online teaching literacy needs to be improved,and more than 60%of the students think that the online learning environment and management evaluation system need to be further improved.Conclusion:Reforming the problems existing in the front-line teaching and consolidating the existing achievements will help to promote the education and teaching reform in colleges and universities and gradually realize the implementation of the“online+offline”mixed teaching mode.
