摘要
积极提升教师信息化教学能力,可以有力推动高校信息化教学的进程。本文采用问卷调查法、访谈法等研究方法,来分析当前高校英语教师信息化教学的现状,指出目前存在的问题主要有教师信息化教学意识偏弱、信息化教学设计和应用能力不足、信息化和教学衔接尚待加强、学校信息化教学条件不够完善等。在此基础上,从教师自身和学校两个层面提出了改进措施,教师需要准确定位自身角色、积极创立信息化教学共同体、改善信息化教学能力、加强心理建设等;同时学校需要制定信息化教学培训激励措施、强化信息化教学服务监管。希望在本研究的支持下,可以改善当前高校英语教师信息化教学的状况,并不断提升高校英语教师信息化教学能力。
Actively improving teachers’ability of information teaching can effectively promote the process of information teaching in colleges and universities.This paper analyzes the current situation of college English teachers’informatization teaching by means of questionnaires and interviews,and points out that the existing problems mainly include weak teachers’informatization teaching consciousness,insufficient informatization teaching design and application ability,the connection between informatization and teaching needing to be strengthened,and imperfect informatization teaching conditions in colleges.On this basis,the improvement measures are put forward from two levels:teachers themselves and colleges.Teachers have to accurately position their roles,actively create an information-based teaching community,improve information-based teaching ability,strengthen psychological construction,etc.At the same time,colleges need to formulate incentive measures for information-based teaching and training,and strengthen the supervision of information-based teaching services.It is hoped that with the support of this study,the current situation of English teachers’information-based teaching can be improved,and the information teaching ability of college English teachers can be continuously enhanced.
