摘要
煤矿的工业广场地面建筑大都为多层建筑,通常不超过20 m,但会有1、2个高层建筑(超过50 m),为解决高层建筑供暖问题,定压要升高,造成低区建筑的压力超压,而且圆筒煤仓往往离机房较远,单独增加一套高层供暖系统费用很高。为解决这一问题,介绍了直连增压、减压循环装置在煤矿多层、高层联合建筑供暖系统中的应用,并在河曲县磁窑沟煤矿进行实践。结果表明,这些装置解决了高层供暖系统超压的问题,节约了费用,延长了设备工作寿命。
Most of the ground buildings in the industrial square of coal mines are multi-storey buildings,usually not more than 20 m,but there will be 1 or 2 high-rise buildings(more than 50 m).In order to solve the heating problem of high-rise buildings,the fixed pressure should be increased,resulting in pressure overpressure of low-rise buildings.Moreover,the cylindrical coal bunker is often far from the computer room,and the cost of adding a single high-rise heating system is very high.In order to solve this problem,the application of direct connected pressurization and decompression circulation device in the heating system of multi-storey and high-rise joint buildings in coal mines was introduced,and the practice was carried out in Ciyaogou Coal Mine of Hequ County.The results show that these devices solve the problem of overpressure in high-rise heating system,save cost and prolong the working life of equipment.
