基于“卓越医生教育培养计划”的地方医学院校临床医学人才培养的探索与实践

Exploration and practice of the cultivation of clinical medical talents in local medical colleges and universities based on Excellent Doctor Education and Training Program

地方医学院校已经成为我国医学高等教育体系的重要组成部分,其临床医学人才培养的质量直接影响着区域临床医疗水平。本文分析了地方医学院校临床医学人才培养的若干重点。以广西医科大学为例,对构建与实施基于"卓越医生教育培养计划"的临床医学专业人才培养进行了有益探索。

Local medical colleges have become an important part of medical higher education system in China,and the quality of talent cultivation directly affects the clinical medical level of our country,especially the regional clinical medical level.This paper analyzes the key points of the cultivation of clinical medical talents in local medical colleges and universities.Taking Guangxi Medical University as an example,the construction and implementation of the cultivation of clinical medical talents based on Excellent Doctor Education and Training Program has been investigated.
