以创新创业教育为突破口的药学专业人才培养体系综合改革探析

Analysis on comprehensive reform of pharmaceutical specialty personnel training system taking innovation and entrepreneurship education as a breakthrough

以广西医科大学药学专业为例,探析了当前药学专业创新创业教育国内现状以及存在问题,主要表现为创新创业教育与专业教育、思想政治教育融合不足、师资队伍能力有待提升、实践教学与平台有待加强等。本文提出以创新创业教育为突破口推动专业综合改革,通过人才培养方案修订与课程体系改革、师资队伍建设、课堂教学改革、实践平台搭建和实践育人体系构建等一系列举措,形成具有地方医学院校特色的"思专创"三位一体药学人才培养体系,为药学专业高等教育改革提供参考。

Taking pharmacy major of Guangxi Medical University as an example,this paper analyzed the current situation and problems of innovation and entrepreneurship education of pharmacy specialty in China,mainly manifested as the insufficient integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education with major education and ideological and political education,the ability of teachers to be improved and the practical teaching and platform to be strengthened.In this regard,it is proposed to take innovation and entrepreneurship education as the breakthrough point to promote the comprehensive reform of the major.Through a series of measures such as the revision of talent training plan and the reform of curriculum system,the construction of teaching staff,classroom teaching reform,the construction of practice platform and practice education system,a "ideology,profession,innovation" trinity cultivation system of pharmaceutical talents with the characteristics of local medical colleges and universities is formed.This system can provide reference for the reform of higher education of pharmacy.
