摘要
针刺镇痛是针灸领域的研究重点,近年来越来越多的学者证实了针刺镇痛的有效性,其作用机制仍然不明确。腺苷(ADO)作为一种重要的神经调质,与腺苷受体(AR)共同参与了疼痛调控和针刺镇痛作用,腺苷及其受体在急性疼痛、炎性疼痛、神经病理性疼痛和内脏疼痛的传导和调节中起着重要作用。本研究简要介绍了腺苷及腺苷受体的概念,并从腺苷及其受体在疼痛中的作用、腺苷及其受体在针刺镇痛中的作用这两方面进行阐述,重点阐述腺苷及其受体参与疼痛和针刺镇痛调控机制的研究进展,以期进一步阐明针刺镇痛的调控机制。
Objective:Acupuncture analgesia is the research focus in the field of acupuncture.In recent years,more and more scholars have confirmed the effectiveness of acupuncture analgesia,and its mechanism is still unclear.As an important neuromodulator,adenosine(ADO)and adenosine receptors(AR)participate in pain regulation and acupuncture analgesia.Adenosine and its receptors play an important role in the conduction and regulation of acute pain,inflammatory pain,neuropathic pain and visceral pain.This study briefly introduced the concept of adenosine and adenosine receptor,and expounds the role of adenosine and its receptor in pain and in acupuncture analgesia.This study focused on the research progress of adenosine and its receptors involved in pain and acupuncture analgesia,in order to further elucidate the regulatory mechanism of acupuncture analgesia.
