电针、红外线与高压氧联合治疗对面瘫患者神经功能、血浆免疫球蛋白和面部温度的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探究电针、红外线与高压氧联合治疗面瘫的效果。方法:采用随机字母表法将我院收治的88例面瘫患者分为观察组与对照组,对照组患者采用电针联合红外线治疗,观察组患者采用电针、红外线与高压氧联合治疗,对比两组患者临床疗效、神经功能、血浆中免疫球蛋白和面部温度。结果:观察组治疗后中医症候积分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后FDI评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后IgA、IgG和IgM均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后迎香穴、巨髎穴、阳白穴温度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者均无明显不良反应。结论:电针、红外线与高压氧联合治疗面瘫患者临床疗效确切,并能够有效改善神经功能,降低血浆中免疫球蛋白水平,提高面部温度,且安全性高。 Objective:To explore the effect of combination therapy of electro-acupuncture,infrared and hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of facial paralysis.Methods:88 cases of facial paralysis were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was treated by electro-acupuncture combined with infrared rays;on which basis,the observation group was also treated with hyperbaric oxygen.Clinical curative effect,neurological function,plasma immunoglobulin and facial temperature were compared between the two groups after the treatment.Results:Scores of TCM symptom and FDI of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group after the treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The levles of IgA,IgG and IgM of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group after the treatment(P<0.05).The skin temperatures of Yingxiang(LI20),Juliao(ST3),and Yangbai(GB14)were significantly higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Both groups had no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion:The combination therapy of electro-acupuncture,infrared ray and hyperbaric oxygen is effective for facial paralysis,it can effectively improve the facial neurological function,reduce the plasma level of immunoglobulin,and increase the facial temperature,with its high security.
