《灵枢·官针》“九刺”法的临床研究进展

Clinical Research Progress of‘Nine Needling’in Lingshu·Guanzhen

刺法者针道之用也,是中医临床应用的理论基础,刺法在《灵枢·官针篇》中记载最详,主要有九刺、十二刺和五刺,九刺以应九变,十二刺以应十二经,五刺以应五脏。其中九刺法包含输刺、远道刺、经刺、络刺、分刺、大泻刺、毛刺、巨刺和焠刺9种不同的方法。本研究通过查阅文献,对九刺法进行深入探讨,将其归纳为特殊配穴和特殊刺法两大类,将近几年“九刺”法治疗相关疾病的临床运用和研究进展进行总结。

The use of acupuncture manipulation is the theoretical basis of TCM clinical application.Lingshu·Guanzhen described the techniques including nine needling,twelve needling and five needling.The nine needling corresponded to nine changes,the twelve needling corresponded to twelve meridians,and the five needling corresponded to five Zang organs.The nine needling includes Shu needling,distal needling,meridian needling,collateral needling,intermuscular needling,drainage needling,skin needling,opposing needling and red-hot needling.This study made a deep discussion on the nine needling method by referring to the literature.The nine needling is classified into specific acupoints matching and specific needling method.The latest progress of the nine needling in the treatment of clinically related diseases in recent years was reviewed and summarized in the study.
