从“五唯”问题透视大学教师学术评价中的价值冲突及其调适

摘要 当前教师的学术研究活动呈现出高度的制度化和组织化,随着行政权力对于高校干预程度的加深,教师的学术研究面临着来自教育主管部门、高校及教师自身三方面的压力。由于行政方面话语权的不断增加,大学教师学术研究环境受到了越来越多的干预,学术研究成果表现渐趋平平。大学教师学术评价制度应符合学术本身的价值标准,同时为社会发展服务。建构高校教师学术评价制度需要明晰学术研究的本质逻辑、规范逻辑、执行逻辑。厘清学术评价中的价值冲突、尊重学术研究的内在规律、凸显学者的主体地位、营造学术研究的良好环境、发展高校教师学术研究的自主性是突破学术研究"五唯"弊病的根本途径。 At present, teachers’ academic research activities are highly institutionalized and organized. With the deepening of administrative intervention in universities, teachers’ academic research suffers pressure from three aspects-educational authorities, universities and teachers themselves. Due to the increasing discourse power from the administrative side, the academic research environment for university teachers is subject to excessive interference, and the performance of academic research results tends to be average. The academic evaluation system of university teachers should conform to the value standards of academics and serve the development of society. To construct the academic evaluation system for university teachers, we need to clarify the essential logic, normative logic and execution logic of academic research. To clarify the value conflict in academic evaluation, respect the inner law of academic research, highlight the main position of scholars, create a good environment for academic research and develop the autonomy of academic research of university teachers is the fundamental way to break through the shortcomings of "Wu Wei" in academic research.
