中等职业学校双师工作室建设问题分析及建议——以X职教中心平面设计专业为例 被引量:2

摘要 双师工作室建设在双师型教师培养以及学生职业精神培育中发挥着越来越重要的作用。以国家示范中职,X职教中心平面设计专业为例,分析了当前平面设计专业类双师工作室建设问题。认为当前中等职业学校计算机平面设计专业类的双师工作室教师队伍建设问题,主要分为内部建设及对外联系方面的问题。通过分析问题表现及问题成因,提出校企合力共建双师工作室、构建三级双师工作室团队建设和培养项目、政策向校企合作企业倾斜、提升双师工作室凝聚力及合理调配校企人员,为双师工作室建设提供借鉴。 The construction of double qualified teacher studio plays an increasingly important role in the cultivation of double qualified teachers and students’ professionalism. Taking the Graphic Design Major of X vocational education center as an example, it analyzes the problems in the construction of double qualified teacher studio of computer graphic design. It is considered that the problems are mainly related to internal construction and external contact. Through the analysis of the performance and causes of the problem, it puts forward some suggestions, including the joint construction of studio by school and enterprises, team construction and training project of three levels, policy preference to school-enterprise cooperated enterprises, construction of studio cohesion and reasonable personnel allocation of school and enterprises, to assist the construction of double qualified teacher studio.
