国际网络公益研究知识图谱——基于2000~2021年文献的CiteSpace计量分析

The Knowledge Mapping of International Online Philanthropy Research—CiteSpace Econometric Analysis Based on English Literature from 2000 to 2021

国际网络公益研究近年来发展迅速,积累了一定的研究成果,可为我国网络公益理论与实践发展提供借鉴。据此,本文基于文献计量学分析方法,借助CiteSpace文献计量分析软件,对2000~2021年1350篇收录于Web of Science核心合集的网络公益研究文献进行量化分析,展现了该领域研究的总体情况以及研究热点与趋势,并对分析得出的三项主要研究议题,即慈善众筹研究、非营利组织社交媒体应用研究以及非营利组织透明与效率研究进行了描述。基于此,本文归纳了国际网络公益研究的三项主要特点,即慈善众筹成为研究的核心关注、研究聚焦互联网工具给非营利组织与捐赠者的沟通带来的转变的特点,以及存在网络公益研究关联性和回应性较弱的问题,提出三点未来研究展望:拓展慈善众筹研究的维度、探讨非营利组织线上与线下筹款关系机制以及为国内网络公益领域研究提供借鉴。

The research on international online philanthropy has developed rapidly in recent years and the number of studies increased sharply,which can provide reference for the development of online philanthropy’s theory and practice in China.Based on the bibliometric analysis method and with the help of CiteSpace Software,this paper makes a comprehensively quantitative analysis of 1350 online philanthropy research documents included in the core collection of Web of Science from 2000 to 2021,showing the overall situation,research hotspots and trends in this field,and analyzes the three main research topics,namely charity crowdfunding,social media application of non-profit organizations and the transparency and efficiency of non profit organizations.Based on this,this paper summarizes three main characteristics of online philanthropy research,that is:charity crowdfunding has become the core concern of the research;the research focuses on the changes brought by Internet tools to the communication between non-profit organizations and donors;and the relevance and responsiveness of online philanthropy is still weak.Three future research prospects have been put forward:expanding the dimension of charitable crowdfunding research,exploring the relationship mechanism between online and offline fundraising of non-profit organizations,and providing reference for the research in the field of domestic online philanthropy.
