资源依赖视角下民办非营利养老机构向社会企业的转型过程和结果——基于L机构的案例分析

Transformation of Private Non-Profit Pension Institutions to Social Enterprises from the Perspective of Resource Dependence—A Case Study of L Organization

虽然国家政策明确提出支持社会力量参与养老服务供给,但是非营利性质的民办养老机构发展状况并不乐观,向社会企业转型、改善资源困境等方式成为养老机构新的发展方向。本研究基于资源依赖视角,从转型动因、转型策略、转型效果以及转型风险四个方面建立分析框架,采用单案例研究方法,深入剖析民办非营利养老机构向社会企业转型的具体过程和结果。研究发现,民办非营利养老机构向社会企业转型能够改善当前的资源依赖关系,体现为依赖主体多元化、依赖关系双向化和依赖关系平衡化,但是在这条道路上,风险与机遇并存。

The policies specifically support the social forces to participate in the pension services,but the situation of the development of private nonprofit private pension institutions is not optimistic.Transforming to social enterprises may be a good choice for these institutions to deal with the dilemma of insufficient resources.Based on the theory of resource dependence,the study analyzes the causes,the strategies and the risks of the transformation.The uses case study to analyze the process and the outcome of the transformation of private non-profit pension institutions to social enterprises specifically.The result shows that the transformation of private non-profit pension institutions to social enterprises can improve the resource situations,because there are more subjects for them to rely on.And the relationship becomes more interactive and fair.But the study also notices that“danger”and“opportunity”coexist in this road.
