摘要
肺动脉高压是一组以肺血管阻力进行性增高为特征的临床和病理生理综合征,严重威胁人们的身心健康。巨噬细胞是肺动脉高压病变血管周围浸润的主要免疫炎症细胞,在肺动脉高压发病机制中发挥着重要作用。在肺动脉高压发生发展过程中存在局部细胞糖、脂及氨基酸代谢途径的重编,而巨噬细胞能够感知免疫微环境变化,通过调控自身能量代谢与极化而延缓肺动脉高压病情进程。本文就巨噬细胞代谢重编程在肺动脉高压发病机制及治疗中作用的研究进展进行综述,以期为肺动脉高压的免疫代谢治疗提供有价值的参考。
Pulmonary hypertension is a group of clinical and pathophysiological syndroms characterized by progressive increasing in pulmonary vascular resistance,which is detrimental to human health and well-being.Macrophages are the main immune cells infiltrating the vascular lesions in pulmonary hypertension,and play an important role in the pathogenesis of pulmonary hypertension.Local reprogramming of glucose,lipid,and amino acid metabolism occurs during the progression of pulmonary hypertension.And macrophages may sense the changes in the immune microenvironment and affect the progression of pulmonary hypertension by regulating their energy metabolism and polarization.This article reviews the research progress of effect of metabolic reprogramming of macrophages in the pathogenesis and treatment of pulmonary hypertension,in order to provide valuable reference for the immunometabolic therapy in pulmonary hypertension.
