儿童糖尿病实施心理护理干预的效果评估分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探析心理护理干预在儿童糖尿病实施的效果。方法以2021年1—8月该院收治的72例糖尿病患儿为分析对象,按照随机分配法,将其分为参照组和研究组,各36例。参照组患儿接受常规护理干预,研究组患儿接受常规护理+心理护理干预。分析两组血糖生化指标、心理状态、生活质量、总体幸福感、治疗依从性。结果①经护理干预后,患儿的血糖生化指标均降低,且研究组低于参照组[(6.67±0.68)mmol/L<(7.12±0.56)mmol/L,(8.81±0.77)mmol/L<(9.64±0.75)mmol/L,(5.68±0.49)%<(6.23±0.63)%],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②经护理干预后,患儿的SAS、SDS评分均降低,且研究组低于参照组[(21.36±3.15)分<(35.26±3.43)分,(18.36±2.18)分<(25.36±2.68)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);③经护理干预后,患儿的GQOLI-74评分均提高,且研究组高于参照组[(76.15±5.58)分>(64.18±5.63)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);④经护理干预后,患儿的GWB评分均明显改善,而且研究组优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);⑤参照组、研究组患儿的治疗依从性为77.78%、94.44%,研究组明显高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.181,P=0.041)。结论在儿童糖尿病临床护理中,实施心理护理干预,效果确切,在维持患儿血糖稳定的同时,可改善患儿心理状态,提高患儿生活质量,提高患儿总体幸福感,而且患儿治疗依从性较高,有助于患者病情转归,值得推荐和使用。 Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing intervention in children with diabetes. Methods A total of 72 children with diabetes who were admitted to the hospital from January to August 2021 were selected as the analysis objects. According to the random allocation method, they were divided into a reference group and a study group, with 36 cases in each group. Children in the reference group received conventional nursing intervention, and children in the study group received conventional nursing + psychological nursing intervention.Analyzed the two groups of blood glucose biochemical indicators, psychological status, quality of life, overall wellbeing, and treatment compliance. Results 1. After nursing intervention, the blood glucose biochemical indexes of the children were reduced, and the study group was lower than the reference group [(6.67 ±0.68)mmol/L <(7.12 ±0.56)mmol/L,(8.81 ±0.77)mmol/L <(9.64 ±0.75)mmol/L,(5.68 ±0.49)% <(6.23 ±0.63)% ], the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). 2. After nursing intervention, the children’s SAS and SDS scores decreased, and the study group was lower than the reference group [(21.36 ±3.15)points <(35.26 ±3.43) points,(18.36 ±2.18) points <(25.36 ±2.68) points], the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).3.After nursing intervention, the children’s GQOLI-74 scores were improved, and the study group was higher than the reference group [(76.15±5.58) points>(64.18±5.63) points], the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). 4.After nursing intervention, the children’s GWB scores were significantly improved, and the study group was better than the reference group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). 5.The treatment compliance of the children in the reference group and the study group was 77.78% and 94.44%, and the study group was significantly higher than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.181, P =0.041). Conclusion In the clinical nursing of children with diabetes,psychological nursing intervention is effective. While maintaining the stability of the children’s blood glucose, it also improves the children’s psychological state, improves the children’s quality of life, and improves the children’s overall sense of well-being. In addition, the treatment compliance of children is relatively high, which is helpful for the patient’s disease outcome, and it is worth recommending and using.
