2型糖尿病合并高血压治疗中药学干预价值分析

Analysis of the Value of Traditional Chinese Medicine Intervention in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Combined with Hypertension

目的探讨2型糖尿病合并高血压治疗中药学干预价值。方法选取该院2019年1—12月收治的60例2型糖尿病合并高血压患者,随机将其分为甲组、乙组,分别给予常规用药指导与药学干预,比较两组患者的血糖和血压水平、用药依从性与药物不合理使用率以及不良反应发生率。结果干预后,乙组的血糖和血压水平显著低于甲组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);乙组患者用药依从性明显高于甲组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);乙组的药物不合理使用率以及不良反应发生率明显低于甲组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病合并高血压治疗中药学干预价值高,可有效降低患者的血压和血糖,减少不良反应,同时还能避免不合理用药情况,提升患者的服药依从性,有利于加快患者疾病更快恢复,值得在临床上推广。

Objective To explore the value of traditional Chinese medicine intervention in the treatment of type 2 diabetes with hypertension. Methods A total of 60 patients with type 2 diabetes and hypertension who were admitted to the hospital from January to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into group A and group B.Regular medication guidance and pharmaceutical intervention were given respectively, and the blood glucose and blood pressure levels, medication compliance, medication irrational use rate, and adverse reaction rates of the two groups of patients were compared. Results After intervention, the blood glucose and blood pressure levels of group B were significantly lower than those of group A, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). The medication compliance of patients in group B was significantly higher than that in group A, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). The rate of unreasonable use of drugs and the incidence of adverse reactions in group B was significantly lower than that in group A, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine intervention is of high value in the treatment of type 2 diabetes with hypertension, which can effectively reduce blood pressure and blood sugar of patients and reduce adverse reactions.At the same time, irrational medication can be avoided, and the compliance of patients with medication can be improved. It is beneficial to accelerate the faster recovery of patients from disease and is worthy of clinical promotion.
