基于互联网平台下的延续性护理对糖尿病足溃疡患者转归的影响

The Influence of Continuous Nursing Based on the Internet Platform on the Outcome of Diabetic Foot Ulcer Patients

目的分析基于互联网平台下的延续性护理对糖尿病足溃疡患者转归的影响。方法采用方便抽样,选择2017年1月—2019年11月该院内分泌科符合纳入标准的87例糖尿病足溃疡患者(96个足溃疡创面),在其出院后启动基于互联网平台下的延续性护理,指导内容包括足溃疡换药的敷料选择、换药方法及包扎方法;糖尿病足护理指导(运用糖尿病足标准化健康教育处方)、饮食指导、血糖监测,观察患者知识掌握率、生活质量评分以及护理满意度。结果护理后,患者护理糖尿病足部护理知识(72.4%)明显高于住院期间(39.1%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。糖尿病足患者护理后SF-36各项评分均高于护理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。87例糖尿病足患者中,有68例非常满意,19例满意,护理满意度100%。结论基于互联网平台下的延续性护理模式可以提升患者疾病认知水平,促进生活质量改善,提高护理满意度。

Objective To analyze the impact of continuous care based on the Internet platform on the outcome of diabetic foot ulcer patients. Methods Convenient sampling was used to select 87 diabetic foot ulcer patients(96 foot ulcer wounds) who met the inclusion criteria in the endocrinology department of the hospital from January 2017 to November 2019. After they were discharged from the hospital, started continuous care based on the Internet platform. The guidance content included dressing selection, dressing method and dressing method for foot ulcer dressing. Diabetic foot care guidance(using standardized diabetic foot health education prescriptions), diet guidance,blood glucose monitoring, and observation of patients’ knowledge mastery rate, quality of life scores, and nursing satisfaction. Results The knowledge of diabetic foot care after nursing(72.4%) was significantly higher than that during hospitalization(39.1%), and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). The scores of SF-36 of diabetic foot patients after nursing were higher than those before nursing, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Among the 87 diabetic foot patients, 68 were very satisfied, 19 were satisfied, and the nursing satisfaction was 100%. Conclusion The continuous nursing model based on the Internet platform can improve patients’ disease awareness, promote the improvement of quality of life, and increase nursing satisfaction.
