协同护理在糖尿病患者护理中的应用效果及对患者不良情绪的影响分析

Analysis of the Application Effect of Collaborative Nursing in the Nursing of Diabetic Patients and Its Influence on Patients’ Unhealthy Emotions

目的探析糖尿病患者护理中应用协同护理的临床应用效果及其对患者不良情绪的影响。方法选取2019年1月—2021年1月该科室接收的80例糖尿病患者为研究对象,利用随机数表法实施分组。对照组40例患者应用常规护理,观察组40例患者应用协调护理,观察两组血糖、情绪及依从性变化情况。结果护理后,观察组空腹血糖(5.51±1.09)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖(8.59±1.31)mmol/L低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.121、6.317,P<0.05);观察组经护理后,SAS、SDS评分分别为(40.86±5.32)分、(41.68±4.53)分,低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.487、6.176,P<0.05);观察组护理依从性为97.5%,高于对照组的82.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者护理中应用协同护理,血糖控制效果较为理想,明显改善了患者的消极情绪,患者依从性得到了大幅提升。

Objective To explore the clinical application effect of collaborative nursing in the nursing of diabetic patients and its influence on the patients’ unhealthy emotions. Methods 80 diabetes patients who received in the department from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the subjects, and divided them into groups by random number table. Routine nursing was applied to 40 patients in the control group and coordinated nursing was applied to 40 patients in the observation group. The changes of blood glucose, emotion and compliance were observed in the two groups. Results After nursing, the fasting blood glucose(5.51±1.09) mmol/L and 2 h postprandial blood glucose(8.59±1.31) mmol/L in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.121, 6.317, P<0.05). After nursing, the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were(40.86±5.32) points and(41.68±4.53) points, respectively, which were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.487, 6.176, P <0.05). The nursing compliance of the observation group was 97.5%, which was higher than 82.5% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Cooperative nursing is used in the nursing of diabetic patients, and the effect of blood glucose control is relatively ideal. The patient’s negative emotions have been significantly improved, and the patient’s compliance have been greatly improved.
