人性化服务在糖尿病护理中的应用及效果体会 被引量:1

The Application and Effect of Humanized Service in Diabetes Care

摘要 目的探究糖尿病患者行人性化服务的可行性。方法随机将2020年6月—2021年6月该院收治的66例糖尿病患者分为研究组(33例,应用人性化服务)、对照组(33例,应用常规护理)。对比两组患者护理满意度、护理质量评分、护理前后各项指标、情绪指标变化、并发症状况。结果研究组服务态度评分、护理人员行为评分、治疗环境评分、操作技术评分、护理质量评分,均比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,研究组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、血清肌酸激酶、尿素氮、尿蛋白均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,研究组焦虑评分、抑郁评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率(6.06%)低于对照组(24.24%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论合理运用人性化服务能够使糖尿病患者获得帮助,在短时间内恢复身体指标,利于其护理满意度的提升,且有效改善患者不良心态,并发症少,一定程度上提高了护理工作质量,值得推广。 Objective To explore the feasibility of pedestrianized services for diabetic patients. Methods From June2020 to June 2021, 66 diabetic patients in the hospital were randomly divided into study group(33 cases, using humanized services) and control group(33 cases, using routine care). The nursing satisfaction, nursing quality scores,indexes before and after nursing, changes of emotional indexes and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The service attitude score, nursing staff behavior score, treatment environment score, operation technique score, and nursing quality score of the study group were higher than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);after nursing, the fasting blood glucose, 2 h postprandial blood glucose, serum creatine kinase, urea nitrogen and urine protein in the study group were lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);after nursing, the anxiety score and depression score of the study group were lower than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the complication rate of the study group(6.06%) was lower than that of the control group(24.24%), the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion The reasonable use of humanized services can help diabetic patients to restore their physical indicators in a short time, which is conducive to the improvement of their nursing satisfaction, and effectively improves the patients’ bad mentality, with fewer complications, and improves the quality of nursing work to a certain extent. It is worthwhile promotion.
