肌骨超声在运动损伤诊断中的应用研究

Application of Muscle Bone Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Sports Injury

目的探讨对患者在实施运动损伤诊断期间肌骨超声方法运用可行性。方法选取2017年9月—2019年8月收治的210例运动损伤患者进行诊断研究,均采用X线断层扫描和肌骨超声方法展开疾病诊断。比较两种诊断方式的诊断阳性率以及诊断满意度(诊断专业性、诊断态度、诊断效果)评分。结果肌骨超声方法经诊断阳性患者207例,阴性患者3例,阳性率为98.57%,X线断层扫描诊断阳性患者170例,阴性患者40例,阳性率为80.95%。两种诊断方法阳性率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);肌骨超声组诊断专业性评分(90.25±2.53)分、诊断态度(90.26±4.29)分、诊断效果(91.29±5.49)分均高于X线断层扫描,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肌骨超声方法有效应用后,可就运动损伤患者表现出的血肿症状、损伤位置、损伤范围以及损伤程度加以明确,就患者肌肉形态回声以及损伤位置可以进行有效检测,对于较高软组织分辨率、多角度呈现以及多平面呈现等系列优势可以充分体现,对于运动损伤的早期确诊以及有效治疗可提供有力依据,促进运动损伤患者预后水平提高。

Objective To explore the feasibility of muscle bone ultrasound in the diagnosis of sports injury.Methods 210 patients with sports injury treated from September 2017 to August 2019 were selected for diagnostic study.X-ray tomography and muscle bone ultrasound were used to diagnose the disease.The diagnostic positive rate and diagnostic satisfaction of the two diagnostic methods were compared.Results There were 207 positive patients,3 negative patients,and the positive rate was 98.57%.After X-ray tomography diagnosis,there were 170 positive patients and 40 negative patients,and the positive rate was 80.95%.Compared the positive rate of the two diagnostic methods,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of diagnostic specialty(90.25±2.53)points,diagnostic attitude(90.26±4.29)points and diagnostic effect(91.29±5.49)points of the musculoskeletal ultrasound were significantly higher than those of the X-ray tomograply,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After the effective application of muscle bone ultrasound,the hematoma symptoms,injury location,injury scope and injury degree of patients with sports injury can be clarified,and the muscle shape echo and injury location of patients can be effectively detected.A series of advantages such as high soft tissue resolution,multi angle presentation and multi plane presentation can be fully reflected,which can provide a strong basis for the early diagnosis and effective treatment of sports injury and improve the prognosis of sports injury patients.
