高强度聚焦超声对产后胎盘植入的治疗价值

Value of High Intensity Focused Ultrasound in the Treatment of Postpartum Placental Implantation

目的探析高强度聚焦超声对产后胎盘植入的治疗价值。方法从该院2020年5月—2021年5月接收的产后胎盘植入患者中随机抽取50例进行分析。将50例产后胎盘植入患者按照随机抽签分组法分为两小组,参比组患者使用常规方式进行治疗,研究组患者使用高强度聚焦超声进行治疗。对比两组产后胎盘植入患者治疗后的相关指标、临床疗效、不良事件发生率。结果治疗后,研究组患者的手术时间为(50.19±8.64)min、住院时长为(5.43±3.39)min、住院费用为(1.35±0.30)万元均优于参比组手术时间(92.88±42.15)min、住院时长(8.75±3.01)min、住院费用(2.39±0.41)万元,差异有统计学意义(t=4.960、3.661、2.165,P<0.05);研究组患者的临床疗效为100.00%高于参比组患者的临床疗效(76.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.734,P=0.029);研究组患者的不良事件发生率为4.00%低于参比组的不良事件发生率(32.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.878,P=0.027)。结论在对产后胎盘植入患者进行临床治疗时,使用高强度聚焦超声能够缩短患者手术时间,促进患者康复出院,减轻患者经济负担,提高临床疗效,降低不良事件发生率,建议在治疗产后胎盘植入患者时使用。

Objective To explore the value of high intensity focused ultrasound in the treatment of postpartum placental implantation.Methods A total of 50 patients receiving postpartum placenta implantation from May 2020 to May 2021 in the hospital were randomly selected for analysis.50 patients with postpartum placental implantation were randomly divided into two different groups according to the random lot grouping method,and the patients in the reference group were used routine treating method,the patients in the study group were treated with high-intensity focused ultrasound.The related indexes,clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the operation time(50.19±8.64)min,hospitalization time(5.43±3.39)min and hospitalization cost(1.35±0.30)ten thousand yuan in the study group were better than those in the reference group(92.88±42.15)min,hospitalization time(8.75±3.01)min and hospitalization cost(2.39±0.41)ten thousand yuan,the difference was statistically significant(t=4.960,3.661,2.165,P<0.05);the clinical efficacy of patients with research diseases in the study group was 100.00%,which was higher than that of patients in the reference group by 76.00%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.734,P=0.029);the incidence of adverse events in patients with research diseases in the study group was 4.00%,which was lower than that of patients in the reference group by 32.00%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.878,P=0.027).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with postpartum placental implantation,the use of high-intensity focused ultrasound can shorten the operation time,promote the recovery and discharge of patients,reduce the economic burden of patients,improve the clinical therapeutic effect and reduce the incidence of adverse events.It is recommended to use it in the treatment of patients with postpartum placental implantation.
