摘要 目的分析头孢菌素类临床药学服务对合理用药的促进作用,旨为相关人员的研究工作提供参考文献。方法为了全面分析头孢菌素类临床药学服务对合理用药的促进作用。该实验于2019年3—12月选择小白鼠模型为研究对象。选择实验小白鼠共计100只。现按照给药方式不同,将其分为对照组50只以及观察组50只。对照组小鼠接受常规给药法,观察组小鼠接受合理用药方案给药法。探讨头孢菌素类临床药学服务对合理用药的促进作用。结果干预前,两组实验小鼠血清内炎症指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,与对照组小鼠相比,观察组小鼠的白细胞介素6(IL-6)(55.29±2.26)pg/mL、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)(7.22±1.03)mg/L、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)(1.53±0.22)ng/mL明显更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组治疗有效率为78.00%,观察组为100.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=12.360,P<0.05)。对照组治疗期间内不良反应发生率为18.00%,观察组为2.00%,观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.111,P<0.05)。结论在应用头孢菌素类抗生素治疗疾病过程中,实施合理应用抗生素方案能取得满意成效。落实临床药学服务有助于促进合理用药工作实施。其能提升疾病治疗有效率、改善机体炎症反应、减少不良反应发生率。该法值得进一步在临床内推广以及应用。 Objective To analyze the promotion effect of cephalosporin clinical pharmacy on the rational use of drugs,and to provide references for the research work of related personnel.Methods In order to comprehensively analyze the effect of cephalosporin clinical pharmacy on the rational use of drugs.In the experiment,a mouse model from March to December 2019 was selected as the research object.A total of 100 experimental mice were selected.According to the different ways of administration,they were divided into 50 rats in the control group and 50 rats in the observation group.The mice in the control group received the conventional administration method.Mice in the observation group received a rational medication regimen and the results were analyzed.To explore the promotion of cephalosporin clinical pharmacy services on rational drug use.Results Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in serum inflammation indexes between the two groups of experimental mice(P>0.05).After intervention,compared with the control group,the observation group had interleukin-6(IL-6)(55.29±2.26) pg/mL,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)(7.22±1.03) mg/L,tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α)(1.53±0.22) ng/mL index level was significantly lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment effective rate was 78.00% in the control group and 100.00% in the observation group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=12.360,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions during the treatment period was 18.00% in the control group and 2.00% in the observation group.The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.111,P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of applying cephalosporin antibiotics to the treatment of diseases,the implementation of reasonable application of antibiotics can achieve satisfactory results.The implementation of clinical pharmacy services will help promote the implementation of rational drug use.It can improve the effective rate of disease treatment,improve the body’s inflammatory response,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.This method is worthy of further promotion and application in the clinic.
