摘要
企业组织能力是实现企业资源优化配置的基本方式,其表现出的创新能力又是形成企业持续竞争优势的基础。企业组织能力评价是判断组织战略运营效能的重要手段,运用“四步法”,建立基于组织能力、团队能力和员工任职能力结合的三层次的系统评价体系,不仅能用于组织能力的分析和评价,而且能帮助企业找准适合自身可持续发展的方向与策略,提升企业竞争力。
Organizational capability is the basic way to realize the optimal allocation of enterprise resources,and its innovation capability is the basis for the formation of sustainable enterprise competi⁃tive advantage.The evaluation of organizational capability is an important tool to judge the effective⁃ness of the organization's strategic operation.The establishment of a three-level systematic evaluation system based on the combination of organizational capability,team capability and employee competency with the"four-step method"can not only be used for the analysis and evaluation of organizational ca⁃pability,but also help enterprises to find strategies and directions that are suitable for their own sus⁃tainable development and enhance their competitiveness.
