八段锦运动对维持性血液透析患者睡眠质量改善有效性的meta分析

Efficacy of Baduanjin Exercise in improving sleep quality in maintenance hemodialysis patients:a meta-analysis

目的系统评价分析中医传统功法八段锦运动对维持性血液透析(MHD)患者睡眠质量的影响,为临床辅助治疗该病的中医疗法选择提供参考。方法用计算机搜索发表在英文数据库(PubMed、EMBASE、Cochrane Library)和中文数据库[中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库、维普中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)]中关于八段锦运动在血液透析患者中应用的临床随机对照实验。使用Review Manager 5.3对随机对照试验进行meta分析,探讨传统功法八段锦对MHD患者睡眠质量的改善疗效。结果共纳入文献4篇,纳入研究对象共344例Meta分析结果显示:配合八段锦运动对于睡眠质量评分的改善[SMD合并=-1.77,95%,CI(-3.22,-0.32),P=0.02]优于单纯基础常规治疗护理。结论常规基础治疗配合八段錦运动对于MHD患者睡眠质量改善具有明显优势,可为临床MHD患者应用中医疗法提供依据。

Objective To systematically evaluate and analyze the influence of traditional Chinese medicine baduanjin exercise on the sleep quality of hemodialysis patients,and to provide reference for the selection of TCM therapy for clinical adjuvant treatment of the disease.Methods Clinical randomized controlled trials on baduanjin exercise in hemodialysis patients were published in English databases(PubMed,EMBASE,Cochrane Library)and Chinese databases(CNKI,Wanfang,VIP)by computer search.Meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials was conducted using Review Manager 5.3 to explore the efficacy of traditional method baduanjin in improving sleep quality in patients with maintenance hemodialysis.Results A total of 4 literatures were included,and a total of 344 subjects were included.The results of meta-analysis showed that the improvement of sleep quality score with baduanjin exercise[SMD combined=-l.T7,95%CI(-3.22,-0.32),P=0.02]was superior to conventional treatment and nursing alone.Conclusion Routine basic treatment combined with Baduanjin exercise has obvious advantages in the improvement of sleep therapy in MHD patients,which can provide a basisforthe application ofTCM therapy in clinical MHD patients.
