摘要
水利工程水污染危险等级检测是工程施工建设中重要的环境质量控制环节。为此,本文通过对河道水利工程施工时产生危险性因素进行调查、分析、分级和内容评价等过程,同时通过对比检测法、专项检测法和第三方检测法(模糊矩阵检测)对水利工程周边水质、施工原材料、现场回填检测、结构实体检测、管道检测等方面进行检测分析,进而划分河道水利工程周边水质污染危险等级,并制定相对应污染保障措施(强化质量安全管理体系、加强第三方检测机构管理力度),以期降低水利工程施工中的污染危险性,保障河道周边水质环境健康发展。
The detection of water pollution risk grade of water conservancy project is an important link of environmental quality control in engineering construction.For this reason,this paper carries out the process of investigation,analysis,classification and content evaluation of the risk factors during the construction of river water conservancy projects.At the same time,the water quality around the water conservancy project,construction raw materials,on-site backfilling inspection,structural entity inspection and pipeline inspection are detected and analyzed by contrast detection method,special detection method and third-party detection method(fuzzy matrix detection).The risk grade of water pollution around the river water conservancy project was then defined,and the corresponding pollution guarantee measures(strengthening the quality and safety management system and the management of the third-party testing institutions)are formulated,in order to reduce the pollution risk in the construction of water conservancy projects and ensure the healthy development of the water quality environment around the river.
