山东某金矿石选矿试验研究

Experimental Study on Mineral Processing for a Gold Ore in Shandong

摘要 山东某金矿石属于石英脉型低硫金矿石,金品位2.78 g/t,金矿物以自然金为主,金与硫化物关系密切,金矿物多数包裹在黄铁矿和毒砂中,自然金等主要呈微细粒不均匀嵌布状态;硫化物中金占总金的73.38%,单体金占总金的16.19%,辉锑矿中金占总金的7.81%。为确定该矿石的合理选矿工艺,进行了选矿试验。结果表明,矿石在磨矿细度为-74μm85%的情况下,采用1粗1精3扫、中矿顺序返回流程处理,最终获得金品位40.35 g/t、回收率90.38%的金精矿。 A gold ore in Shandong province belongs to quartz vein type low sulfur gold ore with gold grade of 2.78 g/t.The gold minerals is mainly natural gold.The goldhas closed relationship with sulphides.The gold minerals were mostly encapsulated in pyrite and arsenopyrite,and the natural gold was mainly uneven distribution of fine grains.The gold in sulfide accounts for 73.38%,the monomer gold accounts for 16.19%,and the gold in stibnite accounts for 7.81%of the total gold.The beneficiation tests were carried out for the determination of the reasonable beneficiation process of the ores.The results showed that when the grinding fineness was-74μm accounting for 85%,the gold concentrate with gold grade of 40.35 g/t and recovery rate of 90.38%was obtained after the flotation process of one roughing,one cleaning and three scavenging,middling returning to closed circuit in sequence.
