在生态文明建设背景下,“大地质、大生态、大环境”的理念成为国有地勘单位转型发展的指导思想,但由于新兴领域的地质工作市场开拓缓慢、传统地质勘查业务锐减,地勘单位可持续发展面临重大挑战。参考国内在改革发展上取得重大成果的地勘单位,通过综合分析其具体情况,认为传统地勘单位要实现可持续发展必须从以下几个方面入手:①夯实地勘主业,积极探索创新性找矿模式;②把握传统专业的优势地位,坚定不移走勘查开发一体化发展战略;③找准定位,差异性发展,积极开拓新兴领域的地质工作;④大力实施人才战略,加强市场和专业竞争力。

Under the background of ecological civilization construction,the concept of"Big geology,Big ecology,Big environment"has become the guiding ideology for the transformation and development of state-owned geological exploration enterprises.However,due to the slow development of the geological work market in emerging fields and the sharp decline of traditional geological exploration business,the sustainable development of geological exploration enterprises is facing major challenges.Referring to the domestic geological prospecting units that have made significant achievements in reform and development,through a comprehensive analysis of their specific conditions,it is believed that traditional geological prospecting enterprises must start from the following aspects in order to achieve sustainable development.①Consolidate the main business of field exploration and actively explore innovative prospecting models.②Grasp the dominant position of traditional majors and unswervingly follow the development strategy of integrated exploration and development.③Identify the correct positioning,develop differentiatedly,and actively explore geological work in emerging fields.④Vigorously implement talent strategy and strengthen market and professional competitiveness.
