摘要 冬瓜山铜矿老区采矿范围变化,产量减小,亟需对通风系统进行优化改造。在调查和分析矿山通风系统及生产现状的基础上,提出了多种通风系统优化改造方案。经过技术经济对比,选择利用-390 m水平作为回风水平,将花树坡采区深部污风引入团山采区回风侧,并在-390 m水平增加回风机站进行串联通风,以克服回风侧较大阻力。经通风系统三维仿真软件模拟,优化改造方案实施后,矿山井下通风效果明显改善;通风系统主要回风线路经过多次倒段后,系统通风阻力将明显增大,若采用多个回风机站进行接力通风,能有效克服通风系统总阻力,提升风机运行效率。 Due to the change of mining range and the decrease of production in the old area of Dongguashan Copper Mine,it is urgent to optimize the ventilation system.Based on the investigation and analysis of mine ventilation system and production status,a variety of ventilation system optimization schemes are proposed.Through technical and economic comparison,the-390 m level is selected as the return air level,and the deep sewage in Huashupo mining area is introduced into the return air side of Tuanshan mining area,and the return fan station is added at the-390 m level for series ventilation to overcome the large resistance of the return air side.Through the simulation of three-dimensional simulation software of the ventilation system,after the implementation of the optimized transformation scheme,the underground ventilation effect of the mine is significantly improved.The ventilation resistance of the main return air line of the ventilation system will increase significantly after many inversions.If multiple return fan stations are used for relay ventilation,the total resistance of the ventilation system can be effectively overcome and the operation efficiency of the fan can be improved.
