寺庄金矿生产动态调整下通风系统测定及改进措施 被引量:3

摘要 为保障寺庄矿区井下安全生产,掌握矿山生产小幅度变化对通风系统的影响,对主要进、回风巷的109个风量测点进行测定,并提出优化措施。当生产重心调整至-400~-490 m水平,矿井总风量为229.26 m^(3)/s,比设计风量多23.76 m^(3)/s,富余风量能满足生产动态调整的需要,但-400~-490 m中段间风量分配较少,采场风量不满足规范要求;通风系统共设3个主回风机站,运行5台风机,运行频率不高于45 Hz,实耗功率合计为856.22 kW,系统风机平均运行效率为70.21%,风机性能满足生产调整的需求;采取封堵结束采场及中段,补充进、回风工程和优化通风线路等改进措施后,矿井总风量为217.44 m^(3)/s,-445和-490 m中段分配风量为107.29 m^(3)/s,矿井浅部漏风量减少,主要通风中段风量得到保障。 In order to ensure the safety of underground production in the Sizhuang mining area,and to grasp the influence of small changes in mine production on the ventilation system,109 air volume measurement points in the main inlet and return air lanes were measured,and optimization measures were proposed.When the production focus is adjusted to-400~-490 m,the total air volume of the mine is 229.26 m^(3)/s,which is 23.76 m^(3)/s more than the design air volume.The rich air volume can meet the needs of dynamic adjustment of production,but the air volume distribution between-400~-490 m is less,and the air volume of the stope does not meet the specification requirements.The ventilation system consists of 3 main return fan stations,running 5 fans,the operating frequency is not higher than 45 Hz,the total power consumption is 856.22 kW,the average operating efficiency of the system fan is 70.21%,and the fan performance meets the needs of production adjustment.After sealing the stope and the middle section,supplementing the intake and return air engineering and optimizing the ventilation line,the total air volume of the mine is 217.44 m^(3)/s,and the distribution air volume of the middle sections of−445 and−490 m is 107.29 m^(3)/s,which reduces the air leakage in the shallow part of the mine and ensures the ventilation volume of the main ventilation middle section.
