摘要
向荣铅锌矿石中闪锌矿大多呈稠密浸染状嵌布在脉石中,局部较为富集,可过渡为致密状集合体,团块粒度大多在1.0 mm以上,部分颗粒内部包裹少量细小脉石矿物。现场锌精矿Zn品位为51.35%、MgO含量为1.25%、Zn回收率为90.50%,闪锌矿含量为80.4%,解离度达84%左右,连生体主要为与含镁矿物白云石连生,整体粒径在50~120μm。为实现提质降镁目标,进行了磨矿细度和药剂制度优化研究。结果表明,在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm96%,采用硫酸铜活化、D52抑制、HQ66+2#油浮选情况下,实验室获得了Zn品位为55.36%、MgO含量0.76%、Zn回收率为95.40%的锌精矿;现场获得了Zn品位为53.69%、MgO含量0.77%、Zn回收率为93.77%的锌精矿,磨矿细度和药剂制度的优化提质降镁效果显著。
Most of the sphalerite in Xiangrong lead-zinc ore is densely disseminated and embedded in the gangue,which is relatively enriched locally and could be transformed into dense aggregates.The particle size of the block mass is mostly over 1.0 mm,and some of the particles are enclosed with a small amount of fine gangue minerals.The zinc concentrate on site is with Zn grade of 51.35%,MgO contents of 1.25%,the Zn recovery rate of 90.50%.The sphalerite content is of 80.4%,and the dissociation degree is about 84%.The intergrowth is mainly associated with magnesium-bearing mineral dolomite,and the whole particle size is 50~120μm.In order to achieve the goal of improving quality and reducing magnesium,researches on the optimization of grinding fineness and reagent system were carried out.The results showed that the zinc concentrate with Zn grade of 55.36%,MgO content of 0.76%,and Zn recovery rate of 95.40%was obtained in the laboratory when the grinding fineness is-0.074 mm accounting for 96%with activation by copper sulfate,inhibition by D52 and flotation by HQ66+2#oil.The zinc concentrate with Zn grade of 53.69%,MgO content of 0.77%and Zn recovery rate of 93.77%was obtained on site.The optimization of grinding fineness and reagent system has remarkable effect on improving quality and reducing magnesium.
