Experimental Study on Iron Separation from a Sulfuric Acid Residue in Meishan Mining Company

摘要 梅山矿业公司硫酸渣中有回收价值的元素铁含量为27.78%,铁矿物以赤铁矿为主,其次是磁铁矿、假象赤铁矿和褐铁矿。为了改善硫酸渣的性能,进而提高烧结料的品质,进行了选铁工艺研究。结果表明,磁浮全流程试验在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm占74.00%的情况下,采用1粗1精弱磁选、弱磁选尾矿1次强磁选、强磁选精矿2次反浮选,最终获得铁品位55.72%、回收率51.86%的精矿;磁化焙烧—磨矿—弱磁选全流程试验在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm占74.00%的情况下进行磁化焙烧,焙烧产品在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm占74.00%的情况下采用1粗2精弱磁选流程处理,最终获得铁品位59.62%、回收率86.48%的精矿。虽然磁化焙烧—磨矿—弱磁选工艺指标较好,结合梅山矿业公司硫酸渣的产量和烧结料的品质要求,从投资、效益和环保的角度,推荐现场硫酸渣的处理工艺为磁浮联合工艺。 The content of value element iron of the sulfuric acid residue in Meishan Mining Company is 27.78%,and the iron ore is mainly hematite,followed by magnetite,pseudo hematite and limonite.In order to improve the performance of sulfuric acid residue and the quality of sinter,the iron separation process was studied.The results showed that when the grinding fineness is-0.074 mm accounting for 74.00%,the concentrate with iron grade of 55.72%and recovery rate of 51.86%is finally obtained by using one roughing and one cleaning low intensity magnetic separation,one high intensity magnetic separation for low intensity magnetic separation tailings and two reverse flotation for high intensity magnetic separation concentrate.In the whole process test of magnetization roasting,grinding and low intensity magnetic separation,magnetization roasting is carried out with the grinding fineness of-0.074 mm accounting for 74.00%.When the grinding fineness is-0.074 mm accounting for 74.00%,the roasted products are treated by one roughing and two cleaning low intensity magnetic separation process,and finally the concentrate with iron grade of 59.62%and recovery rate of 86.48%was obtained.Although the indexes of magnetization roasting,grinding and low intensity magnetic separation process are good,combined with the output of sulfuric acid residue and the quality requirements of sinter of Meishan Mining Company,the low intensity magnetic separation and flotation combined process is recommended for the treatment of sulfuric acid slag on site from the perspective of investment,benefit and environmental protection.
