本文简要概述了城市更新的内涵与目标,探究了新时代之下社区公共文化空间的特征、需求以及其存在的不足之处,重点探究了城市更新基础之上的社区公共文化空间的营造方式,提出了选择合适方式、深挖地域特色、明确配建要求、构建转换机制、政府统筹协同、建立品牌文化、利用社会资本以及加强基层治理的措施,以更好地构建此类文化空间。

This article briefly outlines the connotation and goals of urban renewal,explores the characteristics,needs and shortcomings of community public cultural space in the new era,and focuses on the construction of community public cultural space on the basis of urban renewal,put forward measures to choose appropriate methods,explore regional characteristics,clarify allocation requirements,build conversion mechanisms,coordinate government coordination,establish brand culture,utilize social capital,and strengthen grass-roots governance,so as to better build such cultural spaces.
