社会的发展带动了建筑行业的发展,建筑工程项目也在随着人们的需求不断增加。工程造价控制对于整个工程的施工过程具有非常关键的作用。建筑行业要想获得更高的利润,那就要在保证工程质量的前提下进行工程造价的控制,所以,工程预算的作用不可忽视。本文通过总结土建工程中造价预算存在的成本超标、管理失控等问题的成因,就工程造价预算审核和工程全过程管控简要分析改进措施,为之后的土建工程造价预算相关工作提供建议。

The development of society has driven the development of the construction industry,and construction projects are also increasing with people’s needs.Project cost control plays a very key role in the construction process of the entire project.In order to obtain higher profits in the construction industry,it is necessary to control the project cost under the premise of ensuring the quality of the project.Therefore,the role of the project budget cannot be ignored.This article summarizes the causes of problems such as exceeding cost and management out of control in the cost budget of civil engineering,briefly analyzes the improvement measures for the audit of the project cost budget and the whole-process management and control of the project,and provides suggestions for the subsequent work related to the civil engineering cost budget.
