摘要
随着社会的快速发展,人们对房屋维修工程提出了更高的要求,为了提升房屋改造维修的质量,相关工作人员要从实际出发,科学设置维修工程的施工步骤,优化资源配置,了解各类问题的成因,从而保证房屋建筑的稳定性。本文主要围绕房屋维修工程的理论进行概述;对目前房屋维修存在的问题进行分析;探讨提升房屋维修工程项目管理水平的有效途径,从而为相关工作者提供一定的理论与实践参考。
With the rapid development of society,people have put forward higher requirements for house maintenance projects,in order to improve the quality of house renovation and maintenance relevant staff should proceed from the actual situation,scientifically set the construction steps of the maintenance project,optimize the allocation of resources,and understand the causes of various problems,so as to ensure the stability of the building.This article mainly outlines the theory of house maintenance engineering;analyzes the existing problems of house maintenance;discusses effective ways to improve the management level of house maintenance engineering projects,so as to provide certain theoretical and practical references for relevant workers.
