高层建筑外墙火灾隐患分析及扑救措施探讨

Analysis on Hidden Fire Hazards and Rescue Measures for Exterior Walls of High-rise Buildings

社会的高速发展以及建筑用地越来越紧张,很多城市以及地区大面积开始建设高层建筑,虽然说一定程度上缓解了用地问题,但是随着建设高度的增加,外墙防火成为一大隐患,如何做好高层建筑外墙防火以及发生火灾如何进行扑救,也是当前很多单位研究的一个热点问题。基于此,本文首先介绍了高层建筑中的火灾隐患,然后重点分析了当前高层建筑外墙保温系统以导致外墙发生火灾的常见问题,最后给出了几点高层建筑外墙发生火灾时的具体扑救措施,希望能为今后的高层建筑外墙防火设计提供参考。

With the rapid development of society and the increasing shortage of building land,many cities and regions have begun to construct high-rise buildings in large scale.Although the problem of land use has been alleviated to a certain extent,with the increase of construction height,the fire prevention of exterior walls has become a major hidden danger.How to do a good job in the fire prevention of exterior walls of high-rise buildings and how to put out a fire is also a hot issue in the current research of many units.Based on this,this article first introduces the fire hazards in high-rise buildings,and then focuses on analyzing the common problems of the current high-rise building exterior wall insulation system and cause of fire on the exterior wall.Finally,it proposes specific rescue measures for the fire on high-rise building exterior wall,hoping to provide reference for the subsequent fire protection design of high-rise building exterior walls.
