电梯安装是专业化较强的安装工程,因此,对于安装中的电梯施工的工艺提出了一定要求,在电梯安装的具体施工管理中一旦出现弊端,极有可能为电梯建筑工程项目的整体质量带来一定影响,有些严重的问题,甚至还会影响到电梯工程在后期仅供后的交付以及使用。因此,为避免电梯建筑工程在安装中出现相关弊端,在电梯安装管理中就要针对其相关工艺和电梯安装的管理重点来进行重点掌控,笔者在本文中将主要通过具体案例,对当期电梯安装的相关工艺以及电梯安装中的施工管理重点进行分析概述。

Elevator installation is a highly specialized installation project.Therefore,certain requirements are put forward for the elevator construction process during installation.Once there are disadvantages in the specific construction management of elevator installation,it is very likely to affect the overall quality of the elevator construction project.Some serious problems may even affect the subsequent delivery and use of the elevator project.Therefore,in order to avoid related drawbacks in the installation of elevator construction projects,it is necessary to focus on the relevant processes and the management focus in the elevator installation management.In this article,the author will mainly combine with specific cases to analyze and summarize the current elevator installation relevant process and the construction management focus.
