在装配式建筑施工过程中,主要由预制构件装配而成,具有节约成本、降低能源、提升工作效率的优点,极其受现代建筑工程行业的重视。在装配式建筑建设期间,为了获得最佳的施工效果,应确保各工序的有效衔接以及合理的施工组织,对整个建筑工程进行科学、合理的管理。但是,目前在我国装配式建筑工程实际管理中,会受到各种因素的影响,致使管理效果不理想。所以在实际管理中,应根据施工管理的影响因素,研究合理、可行、有效的管理措施,进一步促进装配式建筑工程的顺利实施。

In the construction process of prefabricated buildings,they are mainly assembled from prefabricated components,which have the advantages of saving cost,reducing energy and improving work efficiency,and are highly valued by the modern construction engineering industry.During the construction of prefabricated buildings,in order to obtain the best construction effect,the effective connection of each process and a reasonable construction organization should be ensured,and the entire construction project should be scientifically and reasonably managed.However,at present,in the actual management of prefabricated construction projects in China,it will be affected by various factors,resulting in an unsatisfactory management effect.Therefore,in actual management,the reasonable,feasible and effective management measures should be studied according to the influencing factors of construction management,to further promote the smooth implementation of prefabricated construction projects.
