论混凝土浇筑的施工技术在市政公路桥梁冬季施工中的应用

Application of Concrete Pouring Construction Technology in Winter Construction of Municipal Highway Bridges

本文认为,市政公路桥梁冬季施工期间,混凝土浇筑技术的应用过程会面临混凝土配比必定出现较大的变化,低温环境会对混凝土凝固过程造成严重影响等困难。在此基础上,本文介绍了市政公路桥梁冬季施工中的混凝土浇筑施工技术的应用要点,包含基于工程所在地实际情况,精确计算混凝土(及其他材料)配合比;混凝土冬季浇筑作业期间的注意事项以及两种不同的混凝土浇筑技艺,以供参考。

This article believes that during the construction of municipal highway bridges in winter,the application process of concrete pouring technology will inevitably face a great change in the proportion of concrete,and the low temperature environment will seriously affect the solidification process of concrete and cause other difficulties.On this basis,this article introduces the application points of concrete pouring construction technology in winter construction of municipal highway bridges,including accurate calculation of concrete(and other materials)ratio based on the actual situation of the project location;precautions during concrete pouring in winter and two different concrete pouring techniques,for reference.
