Research on Whole-Process Control and Management of Municipal Road Project Cost

市政道路工程项目的造价管理具有复杂性,其中存在大量风险因素,在本次研究中将立足于全过程控制视角,分别从前期阶段、实施阶段、竣工阶段三个维度出发阐述了工程造价的相关问题,并针对影响工程造价的相关因素,围绕上述三个维度提出了相应的造价管理对策,包括强化投资估算分析、开展项目可行性评价等,旨在优化市政道路工程造价全过程管理体系,为提高市政道路项目经济性提供支持。

The cost management of municipal road engineering projects is complex,and there are a lot of risk factors.In this research,based on the perspective of the whole process control,the project cost related issues are expounded from the three dimensions of the early stage,the implementation stage and the completion stage.Targeting the relevant factors affecting the project cost,the corresponding cost management countermeasures are put forward from the above three dimensions,including strengthening investment estimation analysis and carrying out project feasibility evaluation,aiming to optimize the whole process management system of municipal road project cost,and provide support for improving the economics of municipal road projects.
