乡村振兴背景下田园综合体的发展模式研究

Research on Development Model of Pastoral Complex Under the Background of Rural Revitalization

田园综合体是当前我国乡村振兴发展的新模式,是乡村振兴发展的有效途径之一。田园综合体的发展模式还在慢慢摸索,还没有形成固定的形态。本文首先阐述了田园综合体发展的重要性,之后对研究主题单家村(稻梦小镇)田园综合体的发展状况进行了一个深入的分析,对单家村(稻梦小镇)建设中存在的产业发展模式进行探讨,然后提出加强管理机制创新、“以传承为本”,注重内涵发展、加强绿色衍生项目产业建设等多项措施,为辽宁省的田园综合体建造提供了参考经验。

Pastoral complex is a new model of rural revitalization and development in China,and it is one of the effective ways of rural revitalization and development.The development model of the pastoral complex is still slowly exploratory and has not yet formed a fixed form.This article first expounds the importance of the development of pastoral complexes,and then conducts an in-depth analysis of the development of pastoral complexes in Shanjia Village(Rice Dreaming Town),which is the subject of the study.The industrial development model in the construction of Shanjia Village(Rice Dreaming Town)is discussed,and then a series of measures are proposed,such as strengthening management mechanism innovation,“taking inheritance as the foundation”,focusing on connotative development,and strengthening the industrial construction of green derivation projects,which provide reference and experience for the construction of pastoral complexes in Liaoning Province.
