摘要 建筑行业在我国社会经济发展中始终占据重要地位,为了更好地满足城市规划和建设的要求,现代装配式建筑工程应运而生,其可以有效规避劳动力不足和环境污染等尖端问题,是一种未来可大面积推行的建筑施工技术方式。但就当前装配式建筑工程发展现状来看,其还普遍存在质量偏低、效率低下等相关问题,更切实解决好问题。本文将立足于此,着重对BIM技术在装配式建筑项目的各方面应用进行深刻的分析,探讨BIM技术的优势,并详细阐述了装配式结构设计要点,希望可以为我国建筑工程的长久稳定发展提供参考和借鉴。 The construction industry has always played an important role in the social and economic development of China.In order to better meet the requirements of urban planning and construction,modern prefabricated construction projects have emerged,which can effectively avoid serious problems such as labor shortage and environmental pollution.It is a construction technology method that can be implemented on a large scale in the future.However,in terms of the current development status of prefabricated construction projects,there are still common problems such as low quality and low efficiency,and the problems should be solved more effectively.Based on this,this article will focus on in-depth analysis of the application of BIM technology in all aspects of prefabricated construction projects,discuss the advantages of BIM technology,and elaborate the design points of prefabricated structures,hoping to provide references for long-term and stable development of construction projects in China.
