以阳西县城西湖人防工程项目施工为例,重点介绍人防地下室大跨度空心楼盖快速化施工技术。该人防地下室顶板跨度大,采用空心楼盖技术,空心板内部采用轻质聚苯乙烯芯模。文章通过模板支架搭设缩小标准板块跨度,改善芯模固定方式,多种形式混凝土入仓等技术,实现大跨度空心楼盖快速化施工。

Taking the construction of West Lake Civil Air Defense Project in Yangxi County as an example,the rapid construction technology of the large-span hollow floor in the civil air defense basement is mainly introduced.The civil air defense basement has a large roof span,adopts the hollow floor technology,and uses a lightweight polystyrene core mold inside the hollow plate.This article reduces the span of standard plates through the erection of formwork brackets,improves the fixation method of mandrels,uses various forms of concrete storage,and realizes the rapid construction of large-span hollow floors.
