基于三维有限元的异型底板水闸整体稳定性分析 被引量:5

摘要 以某防洪水闸工程(闸室底板与泵站底板均为异型含齿墙底板)为研究对象,利用有限元软件Midas/GTS建立了水闸结构与地基的三维有限元模型,在考虑结构缝影响以及结构间摩擦行为影响的基础上研究了整体效应条件下水闸底板的应力与变形情况.然后,基于有限元强度折减理论研究了异型含齿墙底板的失稳破坏模式,并对比分析了采用有限元模拟法和传统计算方法计算出的安全系数.结果表明,该防洪水闸工程在各工况下的应力变化和位移变化均满足规范要求.采用三维有限元模拟法计算得到的安全系数大部分都大于采用传统计算方法得到的安全系数,说明传统计算方法更安全保守.在计算水闸工程稳定性时,建议采用三维有限元模拟法,因为该方法可将水闸结构与地基之间的相互作用考虑进去,得出的结果更能准确反映工程实际情况.本研究可为类似的水闸工程在设计阶段的结构稳定性评估提供参考. Taking a flood control sluice project(the floors of the sluice chamber and the pumping station are both special-shaped floor with key wall)as the research object,the overall three-dimensional finite element model of the sluice structure and foundation is established by using the finite element software Midas/GTS.The stress and deformation of the sluice floor under the condition of the overall effect are studied.Based on the finite element strength reduction theory,the instability failure mode of the special-shaped floor with key wall is studied,and the safety factors calculated by the finite element simulation method and the traditional calculation method are compared and analyzed.The results show that the stress change and displacement change of the flood control sluice project under various working conditions meet the specification requirements.Most of the safety factors calculated by the three-dimensional finite element simulation method are larger than those obtained by the traditional calculation method.When calculating the stability of the sluice engineering,it is recommended to use the three-dimensional finite element simulation method,because this method can take into account the interaction between the sluice structure and the foundation,and the results can reflect the actual situation of the project more accurately.This study can provide a reference for the structural stability assessment of similar sluice projects in the design stage.
