摘要
蒽醌法生产双氧水产生的废钯氧化铝催化剂含有大量的有机物,而硫酸难以溶解载体,钯回收困难。研究发现,采用碱溶法对载体进行溶解,再对钯进行回收,载体溶解效果好,工艺简单,金属钯回收率高。
The waste palladium-alumina catalyst produced by the anthraquinone method to produce hydrogen peroxide contains a large amount of organic matter,while the sulfuric acid is difficult to dissolve the carrier,and the recovery of palladium is difficult.The study finds that the carrier is dissolved by the alkali-dissolving method,and then the palladium is recovered,the carrier dissolution effect is good,the process is simple,and the recovery rate of metal palladium is high.
