摘要
本文研究了普通硅酸盐水泥(OPC)-硫铝酸盐水泥(SAC)复合海工修复材料的凝结时间、力学强度、粘接强度和抗侵蚀性能,并利用红外光谱和X射线衍射(XRD)分析了复合修复材料的水化机理。结果表明,当硫铝酸盐水泥掺量约为10%时,复合胶凝体系的凝结时间相比普通硅酸盐水泥明显缩短,粘接强度和抗侵蚀系数增加。随着SAC掺量的增多,复合修复材料的水化产物中钙矾石(AFt)增多,氢氧化钙晶体减少,有利于早期强度的发展。
In this paper,the setting time,mechanical strength,bond strength and erosion resistance of ordinary Portland cement (OPC)-sulfoaluminate cement (SAC) composite marine repair materials are studied,and the hydration mechanism of the composite repair materials is analyzed by infrared spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction (XRD).The results show that when the content of sulfoaluminate cement is about 10%,the setting time of the composite cementitious system is significantly shorter than that of ordinary Portland cement,and the bond strength and corrosion resistance coefficient increase.With the increase of the content of SAC,the ettringite (AFt) in the hydration product of the composite repair material increases,and the calcium hydroxide crystal decreases,which is beneficial to the development of early strength.
